Frequently Asked Questions
Why does it say "Awaiting a market"?
TrapGuard only activates when you are viewing a specific Polymarket event or market page. It will not scan the homepage or your portfolio. Navigate to a specific bet to wake up the radar.
Is my Polymarket account safe?
Yes. TrapGuard is strictly a "read-only" tool. We never ask for your wallet keys, seed phrases, or login credentials. We only read public order book data directly from Polymarket's API.
Why does a market say "Ghost Town"?
This means the live order book has very little liquidity near the current price. It is a warning that if you place a market order, you might suffer high slippage or struggle to cash out later.
Does "Safe to Trade" mean the bet will win?
No. TrapGuard only analyzes market structure and liquidity. We cannot predict real-world events. A market can have perfect liquidity but still be a bad bet. Always do your own research.
